• I placed an order, and have a question/problem. How do I contact?
Please go to this page. Most issues can be resolved there. In fact, we might already have tried to reach you!
• I need to change the shipping address for my order, what should I do?
Please contact us, immediately. We can make address changes prior to an order shipping, but if your order returns to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for it to be re-shipped.
• What shipping service do you use?
All items are shipped via USPS Mail, and all original artwork is insured.
• What sort of packaging is the artwork shipped in?
All artwork is shipped in stiff mailers and wrapped so that it is safe from being bent and from weather. Larger items like posters are shipped rolled in a poster tube.
• Do you ship to my country?
We try to ship everywhere in the world, but unfortunately due to multiple returned/lost packages, we have had to discontinue shipping to a select number of countries. If these issues resolve, we hope to add them back in the future. There are also a limited number of countries where USPS does not allow us to ship. If that resolves, we will also add them.
• Do you ship to India?
After many requests, we have just recently resumed shipping to India, however, we can not guarantee arrival. Buyer is responsible for all applicable import/customs fees. If your order is returned for any reason, you will be refunded for the cost of the item, but not for shipping.
• Is the artwork signed?
All original artworks are signed by Scott, as well as select prints.
• Can I send something to Scott and Donna?
If you want to share your artwork with them, the best way to do that is to share in the Discord or tag them on social media. Scott and Donna's walls are full, so please give your art to someone that could use a smile.
